March Mornings – Five Wednesday Mornings of 30-minute Silent Meditation

For five Wednesday Mornings in March, we will transform madness into peace. During this once weekly morning personal meditation practice within the community, the zoom room will open for all to enter and practice silent meditation.  This is an opportunity to take your meditation practice to a new level through the power of silent communal practice. Cultivate and nurture your meditation practice, discipline, commitment and observe the impact on your life. After the 30- minute practice is over, you are free to extend the length of your practice or go on with your day…
Primer: If you’re unfamiliar with meditation, you may join and take the time to be still and quiet in good company; or attend 11:00am meditation on Tuesdays and Thursdays for guided practice and opportunity to ask questions in preparation for gaining more confidence in your silent personal practice.
