Dublin teaches Levels 1 and 2 yoga at HWC. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Dublin’s classes follow simple yet challenging sequencing, and explore sun salutations that focus on breathing, alignment, actions and movements with influences from Ashtanga Vinyasa, hatha and meditation.
